We might reflect on the past, especially when it’s shaping what’s happening now—but our work stays rooted in where you are and where you want to go.
“Somatic” comes from soma, meaning the body. Embodiment means recognizing that you are a body—not just a mind with a body attached.
As a somatic coach, I help you access the intelligence of your full self—not just your thoughts, but your sensations, your emotions, your nervous system responses. Your body carries information your mind alone can’t access.
We integrate embodiment practices in our work to help you tune into that wisdom, make new choices, and move through life in ways that feel more alive, aligned, and true.
Every session starts with you. You name what you want to focus on and what you'd like to walk away with.
We might explore what’s getting in your way, look at how you’re relating to a challenge, or engage in body-based practices that help you shift a stuck pattern. No two sessions are the same, but you can always expect deep presence, thoughtful questions, and space to hear yourself clearly.
We end each session by designing practices you can take into your daily life. This isn’t just insight work—it’s integration work.
We start with a 45-minute discovery call to explore just that.
You’ll share what’s bringing you to coaching and what you’re hoping to shift. I’ll share how I work and reflect back what I see. Sometimes we click—and sometimes we don't. And that’s okay. If we’re not the right fit, I’ll gladly refer you to someone who might be.
